UPS Ground applies only to orders in the 48 contiguous United States.

Shipping charges for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Internationally will be calculated upon receipt of order and emailed to your for approval prior to processing your order. If you require Next Day, 2nd Day or  3rd Day delivery, please e-mail us for rates, or place your order and we will email you the shipping cost for approval.  Please note that UPS does NOT deliver to a PO Boxes or Military address but we are able to deliver to these address using the US Postal Service. Although a UPS service is selected, orders with these destinations will be changed to use US Postal service and any applicable fees will be added to the invoice.

  • Normal shipping charges will be determined based on the order product total before any discounts and taxes are applied.  Shipping is based on a combination of the UPS shipping rates (based on weight) and the actual value (before discount price) of the order to determine the applicable shipping.

  • If your order cost more to ship, then we will pay the difference.

  • The only exception is that FREE shipping offers are evaluated based on the after discount total.

  

While we make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, orders can take 7-10 business days to process and ship out.  Please consider this when placing your order and be sure to allow extra time in case of unexpected delays.  UPS Ground transit times are between 1 to 6 business days.  Please refer to the UPS Time-In-Transit map below for an estimate of the number of days shipments to your area will take.  Please note that large or special orders may take additional processing time.
