Returns & Exchanges:  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CandleGalaxy.com.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item you've purchased, contact our customer service team at sales@candlegalaxy.com to arrange for a merchandise exchange or refund.  Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

When contacting customer service, please include the following information:

Your Name
Invoice Number
Product Description & Item Number
Reason for return

We will promptly issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA), packing and shipping instructions.  The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.  No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

Your return must be shipped back in the original packaging materials via UPS ground or other insured and traceable shipping method.  Merchandise must be returned in its original saleable condition to be accepted.  Damage by improper packaging, care or handling is not returnable.  After 14 days, all sales are final.  

Please note that your refund only covers the actual cost of the merchandise and not any shipping or return charges. For orders that have received free shipping, a partial return will be assessed the applicable shipping fees for the portion of the order that was kept.

 

Damaged Merchandise:  We take extra precautions to ensure that your orders are carefully packed and leave our warehouse in good condition.  Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that your order will arrive in the same good condition.  When you receive your order, please examine the merchandise immediately for any damage.  If you do have any item(s) that are damaged, please contact us right away so that we can file a claim with UPS.  It is very important that you also save the box and all packaging material that the damaged item(s) were shipped in for inspection by UPS.  Failure to do this could result in UPS denying the claim.  You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order about any damaged item(s) in your shipment.  Sorry, but we cannot honor damage claims that are made after this time.

Once a claim has been filed, UPS will make arrangements with you to pick up the package for inspection.  A claim determination is usually made within 10 business days.
