Ordering: Orders may be placed on-line or by calling our store in Chester, NJ. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. For your protection, if paying by credit card, the name, billing address and card verification code you provide must match what's on file for that credit card. Availability: We strive to maintain all products in stock, however, on
occasion we will run out of an item and cannot guarantee its
availability. If you place an order for any items that are out
of stock, we will promptly notify you via e-mail with options for
selecting alternate items or canceling those items from your order. As our
vendors reserve the right to discontinue any product from their catalog,
it may not always be possible to reserve out of stock items. Order Processing & Transit times: While we make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, orders can take 3-5 business days to process and ship out. Please consider this when placing your order and be sure to allow extra time in case of unexpected delays. UPS Ground transit times are between 1 to 6 business days. Please refer to the UPS Time-In-Transit map for an estimate of the number of days shipments to your area will take. Please note that large or special orders may take additional processing time. Shipping Rates & Info: All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Please refer to the Shipping Rates section for current rates. Shipping charges for Hawaii, Alaska and Canada will be calculated upon receipt of order and emailed to your for approval prior to processing your order. If you require Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day delivery, please e-mail us for rates, or place your order and we will email you the shipping cost for approval. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Box or APO addresses and at this time we are unable to ship to these locations. Foreign Orders: Due to the additional labor required for export orders, we currently ship only within the United States and Canada. Sales Tax: A 7% sales tax is applied to all orders with a New Jersey billing or shipping address. Security & Privacy Policy: CandleGalaxy.com is owned and operated by The Candle Barn (Chester, NJ). We value our customers and want to make your online experience as pleasurable as possible. You can shop our site with the confidence that your transactions are made using our secure online processing software. In addition, we do not save any personal financial information such as checking account or credit card numbers. reason. Returns & Exchanges: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CandleGalaxy.com. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item you've purchased, contact our customer service team at sales@candlegalaxy.com to arrange for a merchandise exchange or refund. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to Our Guarantee for complete details. Returns and exchanges, once approved, may also be processed at our Chester, NJ location. Damaged Merchandise: We take extra precautions to ensure that your orders are carefully packed and leave our warehouse in good condition. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that your order will arrive in the same good condition. When you receive your order, please examine the merchandise immediately for any damage. If you do have any item(s) that are damaged, please contact us right away so that we can file a claim with UPS. It is very important that you also save the box and all packaging material that the damaged item(s) were shipped in for inspection by UPS. Failure to do this could result in UPS denying the claim. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order about any damaged item(s) in your shipment. Sorry, but we cannot honor damage claims that are made after this time. Please refer to Our Guarantee for complete details. Wholesale: We do not currently do business in a wholesale capacity. Print Catalog: Due to our constantly changing inventory and the prohibitive costs of printing, we currently do not have a print catalog available.
